In memory of Hz Boo Ali Shah Qalandar Panipati

A webinar was organized on the occasion of Urs of Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar (Panipat) on behalf of the Nityanutan Varta.  In which chief guest was the present Sajjadanshin of the dargah Mr.  Abid Arif Nomani (residing in Lahore).

In his keynote statement on this occasion, renowned scholar writer Professor Rajendra Ranjan Chaturvedi spoke on the life, thoughts and messages of Hazrat Qalandar.  He said that Hazrat Qalandar was a revolutionary rebel thinker.  Who gave the message of equality, brotherhood and love among the common people.  In the Vedic perspective, he is synonymous with monotheism.

The Chief Guest Abid Arif Nomani said in his statement that Hazrat Bu Al Shah Qalandar gave the message of humanity by rising above religion, caste and region.  Humanity was his greatest worship and service.

At the start of the program, Ram Mohan Rai kept the relationship of Hazrat Qalander sahab and his city Panipat.  Late Didi Nirmala Deshpande, with the introduction of Nityanutan Patrika, worked to increase friendship between the people of India and Pakistan.

While giving his statement about the objectives of the webinar, Surendra Pal Singh said that Bhaktimarg and Sufisanto had done the work of connecting people with their work.  The same feeling is needed at the present time.  Boundaries can divide the country but cannot express the feelings of the people.

In conjunction with the program, Asmara Nomani said that Qalandar Sahabs URS are held in memory of Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar in Lahore Pakistan.  This is the first attempt that the people of both the countries are organizing this virtual event together, but the day will also come when the people of both the countries together will be successful in organizing such an event.

Her elders have continued the work of propagating the same messages of truth-love-compassion by staying in Panipat and coming to Pakistan after partition of India.

Sajid Nomani, a descendant of Hazrat Qalandar sahab, said that Sufiism is a sect of love and love where there is no hatred, disharmony and distance.

In the webinar, qawwali was presented in the pride of Hazrat Bu Ali Shah Qalandar, and glimpses of the Urs completed in Lahore were also shown.

Devotees from many countries including India and Pakistan also participated in this program.
